What We Have Here is a Failure to Perambulate

Wow.  Well, the album release/listening party went down last Friday, and it was pretty goddamn awesome.  To use a more vintage turn of phrase, it was my happening and it freaked me out.  I’m still both burned out from the prep and humming from the response, and now really (REALLY) juiced to play the full band shows that are coming up… and what have we here?  Why, it’s an announcement for the first full band show, and it’s going to be a doozy – Friday, September 11th, at the Buttonwood Tree in Middletown, CT.  Two full sets!  And the “Don Henley” artwork will be on display there, as well, for those who missed it in Nyack.  Why, it’s practically a traveling exhibition at this point, which is a weird but neat side-spawned mutation of this whole serendipitous process.

In case you did miss the listening party, I’ll be posting video clips and photos from the event here shortly as well as on Facebook… and if I haven’t invited you to friend me there, please do – facebook.com/dave.kopperman

It’s probably more cool than I can handle, but you?  You’re cool enough to handle anything that comes your way.

D.
