Welcome to the new Dave Kopperman site. It sounds odd as I type my name in third person, but there you go.  I’m going to be very busy over the next couple of weeks getting various promotional pieces in play for the new record – Island off the Coast of America, in case you missed it – but I hope to keep this blog going with something new and exciting (at least the former) regularly.

The first big event is the listening party, which will be Friday, July 31st at The Beast with a Million Eyes gallery in Nyack – check the shows page for more information.

In the meantime, I invite you to check out the animated video for the lead single, Don Henley. I’m not sure at this point if I’m more excited about the record (my first vinyl LP) or the video, which is damn cool.  I’ll put up some ‘making of’ info for the video soon, but for now, enjoy!

And for fans of my previous blog, The Subway Rambler, the archives of that are still live – and if you have time to kill and you haven’t read it, there’s at least a month’s worth of lunch break reading over there.
